Presentation of the Results of the Survey on the Importance of Leadership Competences in the Logistics Industry

The aim of the article is to present the most important, according to logistics practitioners, leadership competences in logistics. The competences examined come from the Dynamic Leadership Model of SGH Warsaw School of Economics, developed by the Institute of Human Capital under the guidance of Professor Tomasz Rostkowski. The research was conducted from September to November 2018 using an online survey addressed to managers and executives in the logistics industry.
